FROM WHERE POTATOES ARE BORN

Time, knowledge, and the land give us this ancestral input that makes up our drink. In each sowing and harvest, agronomic mastery is reflected, the basis of the Inca economy. Every native potato and every drop of vodka is a tribute to that tireless people who were once led by 14 Inkas.

Every detail is important: from the selection of seeds, the care of the fields, sowing and harvesting by hand with ancient tools. This delicate process ensures the quality of our input.

GUARDIANS OF DIVERSITY

Inca agriculture was perhaps one of the most revolutionary. It was based on techniques that made it possible to take advantage of different ecological floors, safeguard seeds, and make the most of irregular fields. These skills were passed from generation to generation, and to this day the inhabitants of the Andes apply ancestral methods to make the best use of their lands.

The small community members of the high Andean areas provide us with a high-quality ecological product, worked according to the custom of each community. We are committed to paying a fair price for the effort of maintaining the tradition of our ancestors and conserving our biodiversity.

6,000 YEARS OF HISTORY IN A BOTTLE

The ancient Peruvians knew how to overcome the adversities of climate and altitude: at more than 3,000 meters above sea level. They learned to domesticate native potatoes. Thanks to this inherited wisdom and the original vodka recipe, we transformed this ancient ingredient into the first vodka from the Andes, worked in small batches by hand to ensure its quality and exceptional flavor.
